The master of crime who everybody calls The Terror of Paris is trying to get a destructive invention of the professor Quartz which can coventrate the whole Paris. Can the ambitious police inspector stop him? Or will the riverbed of Seine be filled up with many innocent victims of the Terror of Paris’ criminal tastes?

The director, playwright, mime, interpreter and writer Hubert Krejčí the author of this “theme of a film“, drawn the inspiration in pulp fiction, genre films, Commedia dell'arte and tradition of old puppet shows. The director Michaela Homolová with the art designer Barbora Jakůbková and composer Jiří Vyšohlíd prepared according to his play impressive, purely illusive puppet homage to silent films and dime novels.
