Yetti

This original production tells the story of little Anna, whom her dad affectionately calls Annapurna. He is a mountaineer himself and is on his way to the distant and high Himalayas to climb the mountain of the same name – Annapurna. But such an expedition can be quite dangerous, so it's no wonder Annie is worried about her dad. That he'll fall, freeze, or even get kidnapped by Yetti.
In Anna's imagination, mythical Himalayan creatures, legendary animals and Tibetan lamas come to life and accompany her father on his journey to the summit of Annapurna, which is still too high and Yetti appears to be getting closer and closer...
The production deals not only with distant Tibet and the Himalayas, but also with the power of children's imagination, overcoming one's own fears and places from which sometimes there may be no return... It was prepared by the creative team led by director Anna Klimešová, who has already contributed to the Naive Theatre wih the title Starry Messenger.
